Fraudulent emails have been sent out to some TBayTel email account users regarding maintenance to our Webmail Security Server. These emails have asked for you to immediately reply with your username and password in order for you to not experience service interruptions and to view new features and enhancements.

This email is NOT from TBayTel, DO NOT REPLY to it. When TBayTel does maintenance on our servers, we never require you to send us your username and password.

What do I do if I forget my password?

Since your webmail password can’t be recovered, we’ll quickly change your password when you use one of two options.

Option A

Call the TBayTel Internet Help Desk 24/7 at 623-4400 or 1-800-264-9501.
Provide your account number (located on the upper left corner of your phone bill) and username.

Option B

Call TBayTel Customer Service at 623-4400 or 1-800-264-9501.
Provide 2 pieces of acceptable identification and your account number.
