How do I connect to the Internet with a TBayTel Calling Card?

STEP 1

Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Dial-up Networking --> Make New Connection

Type in the name of your new connection. Example: TBayTel with Calling Card

STEP 2

Enter Dial Up Number, 624-3000 and select "Next"

STEP 3

Type in the Name of this Connection. Example; TBayTel with Calling Card, then select "Finish".

STEP 4

Click on "Dial Properties" to add Calling Card numbers and configuration.

STEP 5

In the Dialing Properties Window, Click and add a check mark to "For long distance calls use this calling card"

Also click to add a check mark to "Dial number as long distance call".

Then Click on the "Calling Card" button.

STEP 6

Select "New" to add the TBayTel Calling Card.

STEP 7

Type a name to identify this as a TBayTel Calling Card. Example; Tbaytel 18668229835.

STEP 8

Select "OK" to enter the rules for this card.

STEP 9

Under "Settings for this calling card" Enter the following:

Personal ID Number: 12345678901234 ( Calling Card # and PIN # )
Calling Card Number Tbaytel: 18668229835 International Call Code 01

Calling Card Sequence Click on "Long Distance Calls..."

STEP 10

1. Calling Card Phone Number, "then wait for" 4 Seconds.
2. Specified Digits, Enter "1", "then wait for" 4 Seconds.
3. PIN, "then wait for" 4 Seconds.
4. Dest. Number (incl. Area Code), "then wait for" Tone
5. Select "OK".

STEP 11

Select "OK"

STEP 12

Ensure that "For long distance calls, use this calling card" and "dial as a long distance call are both checked off and selected.

Select "OK"

STEP 13

You are now ready to connect to TBayTel using your TBayTel Calling Card.

Ensure the correct username and password are entered.

Select "Connect" Note: Optional to select "Save Password".
