Quality of Service Standards
Tbaytel Quality of Service Standards ensure that customers are satisfied with their telephone service. Tbaytel is required to submit quarterly reports to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), an independent agency of the Government of Canada.
The reports are electronically available at www.crtc.gc.ca.
